- Final attendance figures for all
food and beverage functions must be made 24 hours prior
to
the function and by Friday for a Monday event.
- Refunds cannot be given for unserved food due to Health Department code.
- The cost of additional labor to cater large events in the evening or weekends
will be charged as an additional line item for the event.
- Charges for linens (cleaning cost):
Table cloth $ 3.00 each
Table Skirting $ 5.00 per table
Linen Napkin $ .50 each
- If you desire foods that are not listed on the menu, please inquire with the
Food Service Department as to their availability. Any special request will be
